If you have not received your cards, you may access your digital card by registering your account online. If you need assistance registering your online account, please contact the member services line of your health plan.
Anthem (“Blue View Vision”) is the current provider for LAwell Vision (optometry) coverage. New vision ID cards were recently sent by Anthem, but there has been no change to the vision benefit.
